Health and Wellness
The Health and Wellness committee is encouraging everyone to take a
"sabbath moment" each day at 12 noon.

It is a quick and easy way to take a break from the "busy"-ness of our
lives and to remember who and whose we are.

Each day at 12 noon take 1 minute (only 1 minute!) whereever you are.
-take a deep breath
-clear your mind
-Think of something that you are thankful for
-or simply sit in silence for the moment.
